Everything CinderVault Capital publishes is general education. That includes our lessons, PDFs, emails, community groups and automated assistant. None of it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

We do not offer trade signals, manage money or promise profits. CFDs involve high risk of loss, and most retail traders lose money. Paper trade first, and speak to a licensed professional about your own situation.

If you request our free pack, we store your first name, email address, consent and where you signed up, and use them to send the pack and our 5-email series. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

If you create an Academy account, we store your email address, lesson progress, quiz results and certificates. If you join a leaderboard, the display name and figures you submit are public until you opt out.

Messages you send to our automated assistant are processed by our AI provider to generate a reply. Please do not share personal or account details there. We use your IP address briefly to limit abuse of our forms and assistant.

We use service providers for hosting, database, email and AI, and we do not sell your personal information. The ticker saves its last prices in your browser.
